I’m Antony Law, Managing Director, Churchill Group – We are a group of specialist businesses operating in the soft services industry & one of the largest independently owned in the UK.

Why are you so excited to judge this award?

This is possibly one of the most enjoyable parts of my year, I love seeing young talented individuals on their journey, passionate about the industry and the people they work with. Our job is to find the hidden gems and let their personality come out.

What is your top tip for the shortlisted candidates?

Be yourself, be honest and know your subject inside out!
