Format
After a wonderful welcome from our venue hosts and sponsor (Vital Spaces, by Sodexo) the event will be kick-started by an introduction from the Emerging Workplace Leaders, and the overall award sponsors, Boden Group. The finalists will then go head to head, giving a brief introduction around their journey within FM, and tackling the theme of the evening around collaboration, hybrid workspace and affecting positive change.

The Young Leader of the Year Award itself, is one of the most celebrated industry wide, and the process is fierce. Every person who has been through the process (whether they have won or not) has commented that it has served as a springboard for their future career success.
