From graduate trainee to chair of the industry body
Andrew won as a commercial manager just 18 months into his career. Fifteen years on he has founded and grown his own FM business, chaired the forum that runs the award, and now chairs IWFM.

- Joined Rollright through a Shell STEP placement and its graduate trainee scheme.
- Within 18 months he was responsible for 14 clients, 48 staff and nearly £2m of business.

Founded Pareto FM, aged 26, and became Chair of the Young Managers Forum.

Led the judging of the Young Manager and Young Leader award for around a decade.

Joined the board of IWFM, later serving four years as Deputy Chair.
- 2021
Led an £18m management buyout of Pareto FM.
- 2024
Named PFM Leader of the Year.
- 2025
Became Chair of IWFM.
He has also been IWFM's youngest Fellow, received its Outstanding Contribution award and co-founded Tomorrow Meets Today.
