#YLOTY20 Reverse Interviews Kick off the two-part Finalist Showcase Event!

Part One of the 2020 Young Leader of the Year Award finalist event was all about turning the tables, and giving Kayleigh Stevenson (Derwent FM), James Mabbett (Atalian Servest), and Mohammad Hassan (Mitie) a chance to interview the judges and put them on the spot to spark debate around some of the hot topics the industry is currently facing….and what an event!

From questions around Diversity and Inclusion, Procurement and Well-being; to Engagement, Digitisation and Tech; the judges were put under pressure to give their expert views and opinions for the three finalists in preparation for the ultimate showcase this Friday 12^th February at 1230hrs.
